The problem

The gap that compounds quietly

The pain

The expert who knows leaves

Roughly 30% of your senior workforce will retire in the next ten years. Their documents stay. Their judgment doesn’t. The shortcuts they took, the why behind the procedures, the edge cases nobody ever wrote down — all of that walks out the door with them.

The cost

The documents you have don’t tell you what they know

Manuals describe procedures. They don’t describe why you chose that procedure, what you tried first, or what happens when the conditions on page 12 don’t actually hold. The most valuable knowledge in your organization is tacit, and tacit knowledge has never sat well in a document.

With Voxist

The next hire reinvents the wheel

Without tacit knowledge transfer, every replacement starts at zero. Productivity dips. Mistakes repeat. Tribal knowledge calcifies into bottlenecks that only the longest-tenured employees can clear. The cost compounds quietly, year after year.

How it works

Five steps, fully automated, expert-friendly

1

Ingest your existing documents

Voxcept reads your SOPs, manuals, technical specs, slide decks, and meeting transcripts. It extracts entities, concepts, and the relationships between them — and builds an explicit Knowledge Graph that already covers the codified surface of your expertise.

2

Generate customized interview scripts

Using large language models grounded in the graph, Voxcept identifies the gaps — the assertions that have no source, the procedures with missing context, the decisions whose rationale was never written. It produces an interview script tailored to one specific expert, one specific domain.

3

Interview your experts conversationally

Dynamic AI Interview conducts an intelligent, human-paced conversation with the expert. It listens, follows up, probes specifics, and asks for the example behind the principle. Experts consistently describe it as “feeling like being interviewed by someone who already knows my field.”

4

Integrate captured insights back into the graph

Tacit knowledge captured in interviews is parsed, structured, and merged into the Knowledge Graph. Every claim is tagged with its source — the document, the interview, the timestamp, the speaker. Provenance is built in, not bolted on.

5

Query the graph through natural-language Q&A

Anyone in your organization can ask the system a question and get an answer with every source cited. “How did we decide on the seal compound for the 2018 launch?” returns a grounded response with the specific interview clip, the meeting minutes, and the technical spec, all linked.

Capabilities

Built to do the hard things well

Dynamic AI Interview

conversational expert capture with adaptive questioning. The system listens for ambiguity, follows up on it, and probes for the example that proves or breaks the rule.

Knowledge Graph construction

automatic entity, relationship, and concept extraction from documents, transcripts, and interviews. Re-runs incrementally as new material arrives.

Source-attributed Q&A

every answer cites the document, the interview, or the meeting clip that grounds it. No ungrounded generation.

Multi-modal capture

documents (PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Markdown), voice interviews (any of 40+ languages), video, structured data (CSV, JSON, databases).

Enterprise-grade governance

role-based access control, audit logs, retention policies, redaction workflows, GDPR data-subject-request tooling, deletion guarantees that propagate through the graph.

40+ languages

capture experts in their working language, query in any of the 40+ supported languages. The graph itself is language-agnostic.

Proof

Fortune 100 FMCG — 1,000+ documents captured, 100% expert satisfaction

In 2025, a Fortune 100 consumer goods company deployed Voxcept across 8+ business units and 400+ active users. The result, after the first 12 months:

1,000+
documents processed & integrated
100%
experts rated Voxcept effective
76%
rated effective+ (Top 2 Box)
8+
business units in active use

The interview not only integrates the answers but also improves the language clarity vs my answers. The accuracy of the answers is very high, and the integration of additional knowledge through interviews on top of the documentation makes it very powerful.

What makes it Voxist

Four things, every time

Latency

Sub-second latency, even on multi-hour interviews

Voxcept’s ASR runs at 6× the CPU efficiency of mainstream cloud APIs. Long-form expert interviews — three hours, four hours, two days across a workshop — process in real time, on commodity hardware, with first-audio response under 200ms.

Languages

Capture experts in the language they actually use

Voxcept supports 40+ languages with production-grade depth, not demo-grade. French at 4.2% word error rate. German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, and growing. Your senior chemist in Lyon explains a process in French; your knowledge graph serves it back to a learner in Düsseldorf in German, with the original French clip one click away.

Sovereignty

Sovereign by default

The expertise of your most senior employees is not data you put on a US cloud. Voxcept deploys on European sovereign cloud (OVHcloud, Scaleway), on your own infrastructure, in your own data center, or fully air-gapped. GDPR-native. EU AI Act-ready. SecNumCloud-roadmapped. Your knowledge graph never crosses a border you didn’t choose.

Outcomes

Outcomes you can measure

1,000+ documents processed. 100% expert satisfaction. 76% Top 2 Box effectiveness rating. 8+ business units in active use within one Fortune 100 deployment. Every claim on this page is backed by a customer or a benchmark — never a marketing adjective.

FAQ

Questions, answered

How long does a typical Voxcept deployment take?
Pilot deployments run six to ten weeks: two weeks for document ingestion and graph bootstrapping, two to four weeks for initial expert interviews, and two to four weeks for validation and Q&A tuning. Production rollouts scale from there based on the number of experts and the breadth of domains.
Where is our data stored?
Voxcept defaults to European sovereign cloud (OVHcloud or Scaleway, your choice). On-premise deployment puts the entire stack — except the LLMs Voxcept uses for interview generation and Q&A — inside your data center, with no external data exit. Air-gapped is available for defense and public-sector deployments.
Can we run Voxcept fully on-premise?
Yes. Voxcept is one of the very few enterprise knowledge platforms that can be deployed fully on-premise, including the language models. Most US-built alternatives (Glean, Hebbia, AlphaSense) are cloud-only, with US cloud at that.
What languages does Voxcept support?
40+, with production-grade depth on European languages. French at 4.2% WER. German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Czech, Hungarian, and growing. Experts can be interviewed in one language and queried in another — the graph is language-agnostic.
How does Voxcept compare to Glean or AlphaSense?
Glean and AlphaSense both do enterprise search well. Neither is built around voice capture, neither captures tacit knowledge through structured interviews, neither runs on European sovereign infrastructure, and neither offers on-premise deployment. Voxcept is the only product in the category built for those four things together. See the full comparison.
What’s the Dynamic AI Interview, exactly?
A conversation between the expert and the system, lasting anywhere from 20 minutes to several hours, conducted at the expert’s pace. The system uses the expert’s documents and the existing graph as context, asks targeted questions, follows up on ambiguity, and produces a structured capture of tacit knowledge that gets merged into the graph.
Can Voxcept integrate with our existing knowledge base (SharePoint, Confluence, Notion)?
Yes. Voxcept ingests from SharePoint, Confluence, Notion, Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, and any S3-compatible object store. It can also push answers back into these systems through their own APIs.
What’s the difference between Voxcept and a SharePoint or Confluence search?
SharePoint and Confluence search find documents that match keywords. Voxcept builds a graph of concepts, entities, and the relationships between them, captured from documents and from structured expert interviews. It answers questions, with source attribution, on top of knowledge that was never written down in the first place.
Is the Knowledge Graph public to everyone in the company?
No. You stay in control and define who accesses what. Your experts define who in the company can access their knowledge base, based on existing policy.
Can we delete an expert’s interview or a specific document from the graph?
Yes. Deletion propagates through the graph: the source content is removed, derived embeddings are purged, and any answer that depended on the deleted source is re-grounded or removed. GDPR right-to-be-forgotten compliance is built in.
