Voxist processes your data in two distinct planes: voice data and authentication data.
Voice data and transcriptions
Voxist customer data — voicemails, transcripts, clinical recordings — is HDS-hosted in France on Scaleway and OVHcloud infrastructure. This data never leaves the European Union. Our systems are GDPR-native and HDS-certified.
Authentication and identity
Authentication is provided by Clerk under a GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreement. Authentication metadata (login timestamps, identity-provider links) transits Clerk's US infrastructure. For sovereignty-strict organisations, an on-prem deployment without Clerk is available on request.
